Two Tons of Red Caviar Seized in Magadan Region
In the Magadan Region, Federal Security Service (FSB) officers disrupted operations of two criminal groups. These groups had established a wholesale channel for distributing red caviar. Over two tons of the caviar were seized from illegal circulation.
The operation targeted an organized wholesale route for transporting and selling unmarked caviar from salmon species via air cargo. The caviar was moved from the settlement of Evensk to Magadan and other regions.
The seized quantity exceeds two tons, with an estimated value of around 14 million rubles.
