Two Women Injured in Ukrainian Drone Attacks on Belgorod Region
Belyanka village in the Shebekinsky urban district has been subjected to a series of attacks by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). These strikes resulted in injuries to two civilian women. This information was reported on Monday, March 30, by Vyacheslav Gladkov, the Governor of the Belgorod region.
The first incident involved an FPV drone attacking a car. A woman inside the vehicle sustained multiple shrapnel wounds. Local self-defense forces promptly transported the injured woman to Shebekinskaya Central District Hospital, where her condition is reported as severe.
"The car caught fire. It is preliminarily believed that there might have been other people inside... Emergency services will inspect the vehicle during daylight hours," the report stated.
During a second attack, another car was hit by a drone. A woman in this vehicle suffered an extensive back wound and shrapnel injuries to her abdomen. Self-defense personnel also transported her to a medical facility. According to initial reports, her condition is serious, and after receiving initial aid, she is planned to be transferred to City Hospital No. 2 in Belgorod.
